Review Etude It's Real Mask Sheet Sweet Pumpkin

Hello guys.
Are you a beauty junkie? I'm not saying that i'm a beauty junkie. But i like to try mask sheet. I got try few from korean brand. And today i'm gonna do a review about a mask that i tried recently. A couple days ago me and my mom visit a korean beauty store which is Etude. Located on Mall Kelapa Gading. Because i really wanted to try their eye mask collagen. I promise to do review about this eye mask collagen from Etude *finger crossed. 
And from Etude store i'm not only buying eye mask but also face mask. This is the that i try today.

First, the packaging of this mask quite cute. Hahahah. Actually i bought this mask because the packaging quite interest me. Etude has cute packaging for almost all their items. And when i saw this mask and i think "hmmm sweet pumpkin mask? kinda a bit unusual for me". Hahahaha.
So, it make more interested to try on. And when i try OMGGGGG i love the smell of this sweet pumpkin mask. The smell really like got steam sweet pumpkin infront of you. Can you imagine when you put this mask on? I feel like want to lick, chew and swallow it. LOL.
This is my first time trying mask from Etude.Last time i always bought from My beauty Diaries (i'll do a review about my favourite one) and again *finger crossed. 
This mask sheet quite moisturize my skin and make me quite satisfy with the result. And still i love the smell so much. 
The benefit of this mask sheet is to take care of our skin elasticity. Before i know this product, i didn't know that sweet pumpkin have good benefits to our skin. 

And It's Real range is the premium range from Etude. This range is also void of harsh chemical ingredients such as parabens, mineral oils, and coloring. So, the price will slightly more expensive than other range.

Hair Supplement

Before we talk about hair supplement, first i wanna thank to all of you to visiting my blog :)
Eventhough i'm not always update my blog everyday, but i still have daily visitors from few countries.
And because i saw from stats overview, all of you more interested on my post about beauty supplement. The stats keep getting higher day by day, eventhough it's an old post but until today i still have visitors for that post. I'm so thank about that :D
And i decide to write a post about hair supplement.
If you really care about your own beauty, you won't forget or lazy to taking care of your hair. Am i right? Hair is the crown of a woman Not only woman, but man also taking care of their hair, because they also afraid of getting bald. Nowadays people getting bald not only because ages, but also lifestyle, the food that you eat etc.
So, guys not only your skin that need attention. But your hair too. Normally, people will care more about their skin with drink beauty supplement. Some of beauty supplement contains vitamins for hair. But beauty supplement will still more effective to your skin not to your hair.
Here's the vitamins and minerals that good for hair:

• Vitamin A

Vitamin A plays role in strengthening hair roots. You can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, and some green veggie.

• B-complex Vitamins

B-complex vitamins help restore shine, thickness to strands and to help prevent from gray hair. Best sources of B-complex vitamins are avocado, whole grains, eggs, etc. 

• Vitamin E

Vitamin E isn't only good for your skin, but for your hair too. Because vitamin E is good to maintain blood circulation. If your blood circulation around scalp area maintain well, your hair will growth healtier as well.

• Vitamin D

Vitamin D is important for hair follicle cycling. Salmon, mushroom, beef liver and grains are great alternative sources of vitamin D.

• Zinc

Exercise lover and sweaters tend to lose more significant amounts of zinc then other people. To regain this hair growth mineral, you can consume 15-30mg daily or munch on high-zinc foods like lamb, turkey, pumpkin seeds and chocolate.

• Iron

Women of child-bearing ages or those who don't eat a lot of red meat tend to be deficient in iron. Iron carries oxygen to hair and promotes growth. Iron-rich foods include, egg yolks, lentils, spinach and chicken.

• Biotin

Biotin or you can call Vitamin H. The function of this vitamin is to maintain hair elasticity, prevent from dry hair, dan damaged hair.

But, because of unhealthy lifestyle we can't always get healthy food everyday. Fast food become our choice to eat. So, i think we all need vitamins not only to maintain our health, right? 

And below are few vitamins brand that good to maintain your hair.

The one that i drink is herbal (it's only available in Indonesia). Because local clinic here produce this vitamin. This vitamin by Erha clinic (for Indonesian you should know this clinic) And here's the picture of it.

Review Skin Food Carrot Collagen Eye Mask

Today i'm gonna do a review about eye mask that i use recently. Because i feel the benefits of this eye mask, so i wanna share with all of you.
Btw, have u tried use eye mask before? If you never tried maybe this post will give some information about the benefits of using eye mask. And this is not the first eye mask that i ever use. But this is my first review about eye mask.

Let's start.
A couple months ago my bf went to Korea for holiday. So, i ask him to bought eye mask and face mask for me. LOL. I ask him to bought this eye mask for me. This Eye sheet with carrot extracts rich in Vitamin A, marine collagen and royal jelly contained in hydro gel. Contents are gradually absorbed into eye rim upon attachment to skin. It provides moisture and elasticity to dry eye rim. I really feel that my eye area condition getting better, because before i start to see fine lines around my eyes area. I feel so bad about that! :(
I really hope using eye mask will make a change. And VOILA! It make my fine lines around my eye area getting dissappear. Hehehe. But ya can't deny that you have to use it like twice a week. And eye mask doesn't come cheap right? I feel it too. Beside that i also feel my eye area more moisturize than before. This eye mask also contain Collagen inside, it can help make your eye area less fine lines and firmer. So, not only your face need a face mask. Your eye area does too! :)
Your eye area 40% thinner than the rest of your face. Eye area need special treatment. So, not only eye serum and eye cream that you put on your eye area, but also eye mask. And btw, you can't put face moisturizer on your eye area, do you know about that?
And to be honest this product doesn't reduce the dark circle. However, it's a good eye product to try on.

Thrusday Date

What are you doing on Thrusday nite?
I'm watching Insidious with my bf. Have you watch this movie? This movie is the sequel of Insidious. So, you better watch the first one before you watch this.
I think i take the wrong timing watch that movie -.- Because i keep thinking abt that movie until now. And now is around 01.15 Jakarta's time.

Okay, that's it about the movie. I don't want to remember about the movie. HAHA. I think i have to force myself to sleep. Good nite everyone.

My Online Shop

Heyyy guyss.
Today i've been quite busy taking picture of my online shop. As i said that i quite from my job, so i need looking for something that can spare my time. Like today i spend few hours just to finish the photoshoot. My shop name is Focca Shop. I choose Focca because i like foccacia bread. If you following my blog you'll know that i was a pastry student.  I always eat this bread when i still working in Resort World Sentosa, if you know RWS got Palio Restaurant which is located on Michael Hotel, and last time their foccacia was made by my kitchen. I made the dough, etc. They named it Rosemary Foccacia. Because they also put fresh rosemary on top, not only rosemary but also black sea salt and olive oil. YUMMM, i miss this bread :(
Okay back to the shop! HAHAHA.
I'm selling eveything that i can sell! HAHAHA. Okay, i just kidding. I'm selling women stuff, yap like dress, accesories, top, even cute plugger like celine bag plugger. Muaythai

I'm really sure that you all already know about "MUAYTHAI". If you read my previous post. I've said that i join an exercise class. Yapp, that is Muaythai. Muaythai is originally from Thailand or you can say Thai Boxing. It's a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient.
P/s: i google it. LOL

I think this exercise is one of the fastest way to burn fat. I was sweating like crazy after class. Especially i also took private class with my bf. OMG! I feel wanna collapse after class. HAHAHAHA. Trust me you'll lose weight if you serious follow this exercise. But me, i'm still eating after class, i'm not doing any diet yet. Even honestly, i gain weight around 3 kgs. FML! HAHA. Maybe i'll start diet by next week (finger crossed). And this muaythai class is just for exercise for me, doesn't mean i wanna be a boxer, okay!

Yap, long time no see. LOL.
I've been quite busy lately. And i just got back my freetime. YAY!
I quite from my job. Cos of personal reason. I won't explain why here. But ya i'm still doing eveything good. Are u guys miss me? I mean miss my post. Hahahaha.
If you ask me what am i doing lately, i just busy with my work, someone special and new exercise class that i've join. I don't like exercise yes that's true. But this class success interest me. HAHAHA. I'll talk about it on my next post, okay?

And this is me now! Hahahaha. Do i look better? Yes, even i feel better and happier now. I also gain weight! OMG! Give me back my weight please T.T
