And because i saw from stats overview, all of you more interested on my post about beauty supplement. The stats keep getting higher day by day, eventhough it's an old post but until today i still have visitors for that post. I'm so thank about that :D
And i decide to write a post about hair supplement.
If you really care about your own beauty, you won't forget or lazy to taking care of your hair. Am i right? Hair is the crown of a woman Not only woman, but man also taking care of their hair, because they also afraid of getting bald. Nowadays people getting bald not only because ages, but also lifestyle, the food that you eat etc.
So, guys not only your skin that need attention. But your hair too. Normally, people will care more about their skin with drink beauty supplement. Some of beauty supplement contains vitamins for hair. But beauty supplement will still more effective to your skin not to your hair.
Here's the vitamins and minerals that good for hair:
- Vitamin A
Vitamin A plays role in strengthening hair roots. You can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, and some green veggie.
- B-complex Vitamins
B-complex vitamins help restore shine, thickness to strands and to help prevent from gray hair. Best sources of B-complex vitamins are avocado, whole grains, eggs, etc.
- Vitamin E
Vitamin E isn't only good for your skin, but for your hair too. Because vitamin E is good to maintain blood circulation. If your blood circulation around scalp area maintain well, your hair will growth healtier as well.
- Vitamin D
Vitamin D is important for hair follicle cycling. Salmon, mushroom, beef liver and grains are great alternative sources of vitamin D.
- Zinc
Exercise lover and sweaters tend to lose more significant amounts of zinc then other people. To regain this hair growth mineral, you can consume 15-30mg daily or munch on high-zinc foods like lamb, turkey, pumpkin seeds and chocolate.
- Iron
Women of child-bearing ages or those who don't eat a lot of red meat tend to be deficient in iron. Iron carries oxygen to hair and promotes growth. Iron-rich foods include, egg yolks, lentils, spinach and chicken.
- Biotin
Biotin or you can call Vitamin H. The function of this vitamin is to maintain hair elasticity, prevent from dry hair, dan damaged hair.
But, because of unhealthy lifestyle we can't always get healthy food everyday. Fast food become our choice to eat. So, i think we all need vitamins not only to maintain our health, right?
