I'm really sure that you all already know about "MUAYTHAI". If you read my previous post. I've said that i join an exercise class. Yapp, that is Muaythai. Muaythai is originally from Thailand or you can say Thai Boxing. It's a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient.

I think this exercise is one of the fastest way to burn fat. I was sweating like crazy after class. Especially i also took private class with my bf. OMG! I feel wanna collapse after class. HAHAHAHA. Trust me you'll lose weight if you serious follow this exercise. But me, i'm still eating after class, i'm not doing any diet yet. Even honestly, i gain weight around 3 kgs. FML! HAHA. Maybe i'll start diet by next week (finger crossed). And this muaythai class is just for exercise for me, doesn't mean i wanna be a boxer, okay!
